SEM110 |
Status High Performance Analogue
Temperature Transmitter |
|
More...
The SEM110 is an analogue temperature transmitter which can offer quick response times, high accuracy and stability. The sem110 can be used with both RTD and Thermocouple temperature probes, and can also be specified with ATEX approval. Temperature ranges need to be specified at the time of order.
The SEM110P accepts a Pt100 platinum resistance temperature sensor to BS1 904 or DIN 43760 standards or a thermocouple K, T, J, R or S and converts the sensor temperature to a current varying between 4 and 20 mA. Version are also available for slide wired (W), variable resistor (Z) or temperature deferential (D). The same two wires that power the transmitter also carry the transmission current such that only two connections are required. This drastically reduces installation and wiring costs whilst the nature of current transmission provides superb nose immunity and ensures that line impedance's, thermoelectric effects etc. do not introduce errors.
Transmitters are factory calibrated to the desired range within the accuracy stated, however, SPAN and ZERO potentiometers are available for periodic recalibration or for 'tweaking' out sensor errors when used with two wire or low grade detectors.

HTR200/201 |
Status Smart RTD Integrated Head
Temperature Transmitter |
|
More...
The HTR200 is a “smart” temperature transmitter integrated into an MAA type connection head that accepts resistance signals including RTD sensors and converts them to a standard industrial (4 to 20) mA or programmable voltage transmission signal over a user programmed range.
Its small size (52mm swing diameter), allows for installations where space is critical and being 60% lighter than a conventional transmitter installed in a KNE type alloy head means it's ideal for small stem diameter temperature probes.
A flexible approach has been taken with this design in that, the standard product will accept over 30 resistance sensors, including Pt100, Pt500 Pt1000, Ni100, Ni1000 and variable resistance. This, combined with a voltage or current output means applications in both industrial or HVAC industries can be satisfied.

Status Smart RTD Integrated Head
Temperature Transmitter with Voltage Output |
|
More...
The HTR200/V is a “smart” temperature transmitter integrated into an MAA type connection head that accepts resistance signals including RTD sensors and converts them to a programmable voltage output of any value between 0 and 10 VDC.
There are two versions of the HTR200V temperature transmitter available. It can be purchased with either 1/8” BSP or M10 x 1.0 probe connections. The HTR200V's small size (52mm swing diameter), allows for installations where space is critical and being 60% lighter than a conventional temperature transmitter installed in a KNE type alloy head means it's ideal for small stem diameter temperature probes.
It is a flexable transmitter and will take over 30 sensors including Pt100, Pt500 Pt1000, Ni100, Ni1000 and variable resistance. The new design means that custom sensors can be accommodated, it also means that it is possible to generate your own linearisation curve for resistance or slide wire inputs.

Temperature Transmitter |
|
More....
STATUS SEM215 TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTER
- UNIVERSAL INPUT
- QUICK SELECTOR / PC CONFIGURABLE
- GALVANICALLY ISOLATED

- LOOP POWERED
- COMPACT DIN RAIL MOUNTED
- 10 YEAR WARRANTY
The SEM215 is a universal DIN rail mounted temperature transmitter that accepts most commonly used temperature sensors,
slide wire transducers or millivolt signals, isolates and transmits them as a (4 to 20) mA signal to a host system. It can be
configured by either of the following methods:
Configuration using “Quick Selector”
One of 59 pre-set ranges can be selected by using switches. The switch, located close to the rail clip, is inaccessible in
normal use. This “Quick Selector” method does not require any additional calibration, and the transmitter can be put into
service immediately after selection is made.
Configuration via PC
The sensor type and range are easily programmed using a PC and a simple Windows based software programme. This allows
for re-programming or interrogation of the SEM215 while it is installed in the loop. Sensors can be changed without the need
for re-calibration. Special sensors can be accommodated by using the type “X” option, the characterisation for these sensors
are factory entered for later retrieval from the menus.
The transmitter is very compact enabling a high packing density to be achieved and by using the latest tension clamp
technology for the two part terminals, connections are made in half the time taken to wire conventional screw terminals.
These terminations are maintenance free and the tension clamp ensures that the contact is permanently under tension
eliminating any potential problem of loosening due to temperature fluctuations or vibration.
